Bryce A. Clark & Associates Ltd. was founded in 2004 and has been providing public accounting services based on the unique needs of our clients ever since. We have built our business on the relationships we have established with our clients.

Bryce

Bryce attended Burnaby North Secondary and went on to enrol in the Chartered Professional Accountant’s program where he received his designation in

August of 2004.

He jumped right in and founded Bryce A. Clark & Associates Ltd. in that same year with a vision to create a highly service oriented practice that would grow into a leadership position. He takes great pride in what has been accomplished to date and there are no signs of him slowing any time soon.

Bryce works closely with his business clients. His extensive experience in private industry and public practice allows for practical and effective solutions for business and taxation issues alike. He sits on the board of several companies and believes in building strong relationships with clients and understanding their individual needs.

In what little spare time Bryce has, he enjoys fishing, travelling, and spending time with his two young children.

Christine

Christine has over 20 years of experience in public practice. She is experienced in personal and corporate tax, private company accounting and payroll and sales tax

compliances.

Christine has been with Bryce A. Clark & Associates Ltd. since its inception in 2004. Of the years she has been with the firm, she has held different positions from an administrative assistant to her current role as a staff accountant.

In her capacity as a staff accountant, Christine prepares financial statements and corporate tax returns for private corporations, personal income tax returns, government sales tax returns and payroll remittances.

SEAN

Sean Teo is an Accountant at Bryce A. Clark & Associates Ltd., where he prepares notice to reader financial statements and corporate tax returns for private

corporations, personal income tax returns, and reviews.

Sean holds a Bachelor of Commerce with a focus on Accounting, as well as his CGA & CPA designations. Before obtaining his current position, he had gained experience from other private practices. Sean keeps abreast of the ever-changing laws and focuses his attention on our firm’s evolving role in the tax field and its expanding clientele who need tax help. He is excellent in the area of tax preparation and enjoys and understands computer technology.

When Sean isn’t hard at work, he is found playing basketball with his sons.

Gezel

Gezel Baikova is an experienced Senior Accountant with a demonstrated history of working in the accounting industry. Skilled in networking and building

business relationships as well as mentoring others. She is a strong accounting professional, who graduated from Chartered Professional Accountants of Canada (CPA Canada) in 2017.

Prior to joining our firm, Gezel gained her experience from working in both public practice and various industries. Gezel is passionate about accounting and continues to be updated with the changes in the field. She works on various types of client engagements, prepares the financial statements as well as corporate and personal income tax returns.

While working hard, Gezel makes sure to find time for her family.

Naheed

Naheed holds a Bachelor of Business Administration Degree with a concentration in Accounting. She received her CPA, CGA designations in June 2018. Naheed has worked in several

industries such as manufacturing, non-profit, retail and financial services. In her previous accounting positions, she has gained extensive experience in financial reporting, payroll and tax. She continues to update her knowledge through professional development courses. In her time off, she enjoys volunteering in the community and travelling.

We work with companies of all sizes to provide Notice to Reader and Review Engagement financial statements. We also prepare the T2 corporation income tax returns as required. We offer annual preparation of statements as well as monthly and quarterly statements as desired.
